Amendments to the Income Tax Refund Act
According to statistics, the number of people wishing to purchase apartments in newly constructed buildings in Yerevan with mortgage loans is increasing year by year.
A key factor in this is the income tax refund law, which allows citizens to use the income tax they have paid to repay the interest on their mortgage loans.
This eases the financial burden by reducing monthly payments and annual interest rates. However, from January 1, 2025, the income tax refund law
will no longer be in effect in Yerevan.
Important:
Citizens who have already purchased or will purchase an apartment with a mortgage loan by January 1, 2025, will be able to benefit from the privileges
provided by the law until the end of the loan term.
