Recently, the CEO of our company, Arman Melkonyan, and the CEO of PROFAL, Edgar Avetisyan, have joined forces by signing a memorandum

of understanding, giving the Tsaghkadzor Park project a new lease of life and comfort.

architectural studio Armen Hakobyan and advertising partner of Metrum Invest Aram MP3 were present at the memorandum signing ceremony.

 

 

 

The years of experience of PROFAL, the leading Armenian manufacturer of aluminum doors and windows, will be used in the direction of advanced

solutions for high-quality sound insulation and thermal insulation of the building's stained-glass windows.

stained glass window formats into the project, avoiding external cladding as much as possible. PROFAL helped us in that matter by offering its

unprecedented technological solutions," said Arman Melkonyan, director of Metrum Invest. One of the features of the project is the installation of energy-efficient and

tempered glass filled with argon gas. This gas acts as an insulator, minimizing heat transfer and providing optimal conditions regardless of the external

weather conditions. This innovative choice not only complements the exterior appeal of the building, but is also a guarantee of sustainability and energy conservation.

Moreover, tempered glass not only makes the building more durable, but also reduces many maintenance costs for the owners.
