Eden Park residential district is located in the north-eastern upland part of Yerevan, in the village of Arinj. The total area is about 130,000 square meters, it has a pronounced relief, which is adjacent to the Artashat highway from the east and M. Mkrtchyan street from the north.
Eden Park is a low-rise residential neighborhood with 4 - 9-story residential buildings. The construction area occupies about 35,000 square meters, which is only 23% of the total area.
