Metrum Invest at TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025: New Opportunities and a Successful Start

From September 5 to 7, the TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025 took place at the Meridian Expo Center — the largest real estate and construction exhibition in the region, which once again attracted tens of thousands of visitors this year.

Metrum Invest participated in the exhibition with its 9  projects, offering guests a unique opportunity to explore them directly at the expo and receive personalized consultations.

Our 15-membered team worked three days 12 hours a day, helping every visitor find the apartment of their dreams.

During the exhibition, we also presented exclusive offers and discounts, as well as launched the presales of two new buildings in the Eden Park residential complex. For many, this became a chance to make a decision on the spot and secure a home under the best conditions at an early stage.
