 “Metrum Invest” and “Valan Group” Launch Another Large-Scale Project

The collaboration has now reached a key milestone: the building structure is fully complete, and the installation of doors and windows is currently underway, with “Valan Group”—a trusted and experienced partner - leading the work.

The partner is using aluminum systems from the Greek company “ETEM,” which meet international standards and ensure high-quality sound and thermal insulation. These technical solutions play an important role in the building’s residential comfort and energy efficiency. The same technologies have already proven their effectiveness in the “Antara Inn” project.

Arman Melkonyan, CEO of “Metrum Invest,” emphasizes that the selection of partners is never random. “We always choose partners who are respected and trusted in the market. The signing ceremony was also attended by the architect of the Emin 6 complex - Armen Hakobyan, co-founder of “Tarberak” Architectural Studio. His design stands out with its modern lines and multi-layered functionality. As the studio highlights, the stepped structure of the building, sun-shading solutions, and southern orientation create an atmosphere where architectural sophistication is seamlessly blended with residential comfort.
