This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") defines the terms and conditions for using the website https://metruminvest.am/ (hereinafter referred to as "Website") provided by "Metrum Invest" LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). By using the Website, you (hereinafter referred to as "User") confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accept the provisions of this Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property

1.1

All materials posted on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphic solutions, layouts, project descriptions, and other information, are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

1.2

Commercial reproduction, publication, or sale of the Website's materials is prohibited without the written consent of the Company. Limited copying is permitted for personal use, notification, and referencing purposes.

1.3

Users may share links to the Website and use individual information for personal notification purposes, provided the source is properly cited.

2. User Rights and Obligations

3. Nature of Information and Company Obligations

3.1

3.2

The presented information does not constitute a legal offer and cannot be interpreted as the Company assuming any obligations. All transactions are subject to separate contractual agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1

The Company bears no responsibility for outdated information on the Website if less than 30 days have passed since the last update.

4.2

The Company bears no responsibility for damages resulting from unexpected technical failures or software errors on the Website, except in cases where disruptions continue for more than 72 hours.

4.3

The Company bears limited responsibility for direct material damages that may arise as a result of actual errors in information posted on the Website, but this responsibility is limited to 100,000 (one hundred thousand) drams per incident.

4.4

The Company bears no responsibility for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising with third parties.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1

Disputes arising from this Agreement are resolved through negotiations.

5.2

The negotiation phase lasts 30 days from the moment one party makes a written appeal to the other.

5.3

In case of unsuccessful negotiations, disputes are resolved in the competent court of the Republic of Armenia in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1

The Company undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of User personal data in accordance with the Republic of Armenia "Law on Protection of Personal Data."

6.2

Personal data is not transferred to third parties without User consent, except in cases provided by law.

7. Agreement Modification and Validity

7.1

This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User begins using the Website and remains in effect indefinitely.

7.2

The Company may modify the Agreement by posting a notification on the Website 15 days in advance. Users are notified of significant changes via email (if provided).

7.3

If the User disagrees with the terms of this Agreement, they must cease using the Website. Continued use of the Website after the 15-day notification period is considered acceptance of the new terms.
